Courtney Fields is the Broker in Charge and co-owner of TRI Property Pros, bringing a unique combination of design expertise and real estate knowledge to the Piedmont Triad market.

With a degree in Interior Architecture Design, Courtney began her career as an on-site leasing agent and quickly grew into a multi-million-dollar producer specializing in the sale and management of high-end communities. Her experience working alongside builders and supporting residents through new home sales shaped a deep understanding of what both owners and tenants need from a property management partner.

Inspired by her own family’s experience navigating property management, Courtney has made it her mission to offer clients exceptional service and real solutions. She leads the TRI Property Pros team with a focus on innovation and problem-solving, delivering value through insight, empathy, and hands-on expertise across real estate, design, and community management.

Dee Foister is a Property Manager and Realtor with TRI Property Pros, bringing nearly three decades of real estate experience to owners and tenants across Guilford County and the surrounding Triad.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and Real Estate Development from Georgia Tech and has been a licensed Realtor for 28 years. Dee also manages her own investment property portfolio, giving her firsthand insight into the priorities of the owners she works with every day.

At TRI Property Pros, she supports office management and helps clients grow their real estate portfolios with confidence.

Lily Grace Foister is the Portfolio Assistant at TRI Property Pros, where she has brought her organizational skills and dedication to the team since January 2023.

Lily’s attention to detail and drive for excellence supports the daily operations that keep TRI Property Pros running smoothly.

Outside of work and school, Lily enjoys exploring local coffee shops and finding the simple pleasures in everyday life.

Tina Brinkley serves as Client Coordinator for TRI Property Pros, specializing in maintenance coordination and tenant relations. She is the bridge between homeowners, residents, and vendors — ensuring maintenance requests are handled efficiently, communication stays clear, and every concern is addressed with professionalism and care.

Tina believes successful property management is built on trust, responsiveness, and attention to detail. From coordinating repairs and managing vendor relationships to supporting residents throughout their tenancy, she is committed to protecting client investments while providing a seamless experience for every resident.

Her goal is to foster long-term relationships by resolving issues proactively and maintaining open communication — helping properties run smoothly and creating communities people are proud to call home.

Stephanie DeFratis serves as Accounts Receivable Specialist for TRI Property Pros, bringing years of accounting experience supporting builders and contractors with accurate financial recordkeeping.

At TRI Property Pros, Stephanie manages bookkeeping and administrative functions that keep owner accounts accurate and up to date, ensuring every client receives timely, dependable service behind the scenes.

Christy Hardin has over 30 years of experience in accounting and office administration, supporting a variety of businesses and organizations with reliable, hands-on expertise.

She is known for her attention to detail and practical approach to managing financial operations.

When she’s not working, Christy enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, and she loves to
travel.

Adrienne Hurley-Hughes has been helping buyers and sellers across the Triad turn their real estate goals into reality. Whether it’s a luxury home, a first investment property, or the perfect place to put down roots, her goal is to take the time to understand your needs, ease your stress, and make the process as smooth as possible.

When she’s not working with clients, she’s an educator and loves spending time with her family. You’ll often find Adrienne catching a baseball or basketball game, enjoying the outdoors, and soaking up all that our beautiful North Carolina communities have to offer.

Lisa Floyd serves as Marketing Coordinator for TRI Property Pros, bringing more than 20 years of marketing and commercialization experience to the team.

Lisa’s prior experience includes retail partner marketing, and she is now bringing that experience to TRI Property Pros. Her focus is to reach owners and tenants across the Piedmont Triad.

Lisa is passionate about building strategies that connect great service with the people who need it most.
