We are looking to hire for a PROPERTY MANAGER in the GreensboroChapel Hill, Burlington /Mebane areas.

TRI Property Pros is an established property management company is seeking experienced property manager /  real estate agent with the following qualifications: 

 

  • Active NC Real Estate License

  • Experience working in real estate and/or property management

  • Knowledge of Burlington and/or Chapel Hill areas

  • Willingness to network

  • Active driver's license

  • Excellent Customer service and interpersonal skills are needed to meet with prospective and current tenants

  • Good verbal communication

  • Attention to detail to ensure applications are accurate and tenant issues or questions are adequately addressed

  • Organization and the ability to multitask efficiently

  • Problem-solving to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues

  • Knowledge of rental contracts and property and anti-discrimination laws

  • A minimum of 1 year of related leasing or property management experience

  • Must be a REALTOR or join a local association.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers

  • Responsible for implementing lease renewal and resident retention programs

  • Manage resident relations issues, which includes taking resident phone calls, requests and concerns

  • Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends

  • Assist with developing and tracking marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions and publications

  • Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent

  • Review and inspect vacancies, make-ready apartments and models

  • Inspect the property for community policy violations, needed repairs and overall landscaping

  • Additional duties as assigned

 

 

Property Manager

Must have the ability to manage all property management functions for a portfolio of residential (single-family/multi-family) properties. You will positively resolve and document all tenant and owner requests and make authentic connections with the owners, tenants and tenant prospects by answering and screening phone calls, emails and in person inquiries. Not only will you oversee and direct the property maintenance team and turnover and repair activities but have a strong understanding of basic property maintenance issues related to the single and multi-family buildings, parking and landscaping. You will collaborate and oversee basic property accounting activities such as ledger accuracy, collections, invoicing, security deposit disposition, etc.
